Precedent was set with the Pinnacle/Colgan/Mesaba merger in that furloughed pilots WERE SLOTTED in with active pilots.

That was done under the new and improved ALPA MERGER policy.

Seems like both groups are pi$$ed off....so I say the UAL proposal will look very closely like the final award ruling.
