Fair and equitable that the 2007 hire L-CAL pilots averaging 37 years in age should sit at the top of the widebody Captain list for the last 20 years of their careers as all the '97 hire pilots averaging 50 years in age all retire? Fair and equitable that the CAL proposal would basically block all the '94-'98 UAL folks from ever flying their own widebody metal from the left seat? I see YOUR concept of fair and equitable .. screw over 2000 L-UAL pilots that would ALL see widebody captain absent a merger and yet, with the CAL proposal, none will see it. Sound fair to you ?
