The Delta pilots have a long established cultural tradition that I value very highly. We have each other's backs. We take care of our own.
If a guy needs some help or guidance we provide it in the most low-key way possible.
Going to management with a complaint that could jeopardize someone's job is only a last resort, extreme "red emergency" move. Flight safety would have to be in danger of being compromised before you do that. Simple use of some language you find offensive definitely does not qualify.

Flight attendants write each other up all the time. Pilots, never.
Its always been that way. Let's not ever change it.
