But, ER's latest posts were about a guy using insulting slurs, which equates to more than an opinion, if the slurs are associated with a group he belongs to. Are you suggesting that he not address the issue when it happens? IMO, when the opportunity presents itself, the flight deck can be a great place to eradicate stereotypes.

FWIW, I've never heard the f_g word dropped in the cockpit. Flaming here and there, but that's more describing an overly emotional disposition when it comes to a guy. Closely related to menopausal. Never heard the n-word except when quoting someone. People at DL are generally quite tasteful and conscientious.

One of my fav captains at 9E (who is now a tranny coverted kitten killer ) is black.. He walked into the cockpit (tee hee) one day and goes "whats up, my n___?!?"

"I uh.... ha....don"t think I can say that... whats up, man?"
