It's not the place it used to be. The Chief Pilot is a great guy, fair and good at his job. Since the bankruptcy there's been more PF than JO and that's all good.

A great training department, and a lot of great guys to fly with.

Used to suck, but really not so much any more. If we get a good contract it's only going to get better. We have AQP, iPads in the cockpit (you have to buy it, but it beats dragging around a bag of books, and doing constant Jepp revisions).

I think it's going to get better, and no, I haven't been drinking the kool-aid.
