It's true. We get paid exclusively by years of service, and the number of stripes on your sleeve. We do not have "Differences" Pay, like most all other pilots have.
Differences pay sucks if you are junior. In the UPS/IPA CBA, we have more pilots getting well compensated, versus only a few guys flying the big iron.
All out of due respect to our furloughed brothers, whom aren't being compensated dick.
