Most of the top 100 flows from Compass are between 35-50.
In the first would be flow class in the next round of hiring most guys are between 35-45 with a 31 yo being the youngest and a 55 the oldest.


I dont think it is an age issue the only thing the care about is if you are competent in your ability to present yourself as a team player.
