Those UAL guys that are on here spouting that the CAL MC is lying with reference to their longevity are either not reading the transcript, getting skewed information from a third party, or just being disingenuous.

Read the transcripts.

The CAL MC is putting our best argument forward. Period.

In the CAL argument, they are using their lawyers to give the best possible case given the definitions and terms in the ALPA merger policy manual. Look at the definitions of furlough, longevity, and company in the ALPA manual (or read the transcripts). Just so you know, the definitions are pretty broad.

Just because you don't like the definitions that are put forth in the ALPA manual doesn't mean that the CAL side won't use them to the max extent possible.

The true colors of a select few guys (not all) comes to light on here when the prima donna attitude comes out. Stating you think the CAL pilots should all be stapled because you don't like the CAL argument is childish and immature.

Both lists (yes this includes the UAL list) are dream lists. Will someone's dream come true? I'm betting that isn't likely.

Neither will be accepted in full. There will probably be parts of both that are included in the final, but no one knows.
