Default Another Logging time question (FDX/UPS)

Fellow aviators,

I know we talked about this issue before in both the cargo and military forums but I still have one more question that didnt quite get answered...

Is it legit (mainly considering FDX and UPS) to include military "other" time and UPT "student" time in your reported totals if you identify it as such in a spreadsheet or something? I'm not talking about counting it for PIC, SIC, night, instrument or anything like that but simply including it in the total count on a resume or online profile. For example:

Total hours - 3500
ME total - 3500

PIC - 2000
SIC - 1000
Student - 300
Other - 200

I noticed that the military time converter on APC includes those times in the totals but I thought I'd heard some folks say to throw "other" time out and count it for nothing. I obviously dont want to appear like I'm inflating my totals with worthless time but I dont want to short myself either because a lot of that time was valuable training and experience.

Thanks
