I don't see why not. It's not 121 time but I presume the QOL instructing in a semenhole @ AllATP is better than commuting to RSV lines @ a regional, for the same or less money no less. But that's from my perspective of wanting to be home more rather than less. To me, if you already have 1000 TPIC and ME-turbine time of any kind, then eff the regionals. Just putz around in pistons until the majors open the supposed window; That's of course assuming you don't have the Guard/Reserve available to you. I would prefer that over the regionals for the tread-water option.
