It's still amazing to me that management reads this stuff, and doesn't fix any of the problems that are aired out here. I guess they feel that the posters are the loud minority. Same reason sane people that publish things online don't respond to online comments. It should be a relief to us all that management does't respond to this site or others like it. Web forums/comments are about 5% substance. The rest is mostly emotional banter, fabricated rumors, immature personal attacks, and guys venting after a 14 hour day getting abused by scheduling. If you want to be heard, make some calls, knock on some doors. Anonymous web forums might as well be tabloid magazines.
