Nonsense. The CRJ has a sissy yoke whereas the Airbus has a sidestick, putting it on a higher pedestal next to the likes of F16 and the fly by wire system. It also depends which RJ you are coming off from. I went from a 50 seater RJ to a 149 seat Airbus, so my skills increased 3 times over as a better pilot. However, if one goes from a 76 seater CRJ-900 to the A320, his skills will increase 2 times. Reference the linear chart, it will make sense then.
I fly an A-321 with 218 seats, so hence I am the most superior of all A-320 series pilots
