Legend,...one way to get a job flying at fedex is to be hired into any position the company is advertising for. Then when your comittment time is up, you can apply "internally" when a crewmember position is posted. I think it's a 12-18 month comittment for a "handler" (loader) position or courier position. Make sure that the position is at least classified as "perminant part time". Good luck to you!
