Exactly. The only reason new hires are going to RAH right now is because they want to get their hands on that E175.
Totally serious question...are new hires really so attracted to the E-175 over CRJs that they would base their employer preference on that? It's just a 70-ish seat RJ, it doesn't pay better than similar CRJs.
From a business perspective, it's a much nicer plane for the pax, but that has nothing to do with the pilots.
