1). Bid your schedule for you. No one else, or the company

2) The 100 hours in 120 days can get a 30 day extension with "refresher" training. If that fails to get you the 100 in 150, then a PC will restart the 100 hour clock for consolidation. One suggestion would be to email your fleet captain to enquire about refresher training to extend the 120 days.

It's predicted to be a slow summer in MIA.
