You are ASSuming that the furlougees will get stapled even though they have LONGEVITY. We will wait and see on that one. BTW, even IF your logic were sound, Mr. Hoss would be 86% with all furloughees absent from the equation, not 98%. But I can't find 'relative seniority' anywhere in the Merger Policy.
Just "keeping it real"

Sled,
Their firm orders count, ours don't.
Everything they did in the past is relevant, everything UAL did isn't.
Their time on furlough doesn't count against them. Ours does.
They get to pick the snapshot date for them that's best and the worst one for us.
They only point out the outliers in their stats, and only the ones that benefit them.
They get their hire date flying a 19 seat airplane as long as they saw the word Continental when they were flying.
A jet is a jet and a 747 is just like a guppy.
Captains should be merged with Captains! Of course they merged our junior Airbus Captain with their 737 FOs on their proposal
Let's hope the arbitrators can see through their nonsense.
