Take your class based on bases. Assuming we get a joint contract it will be the same. CRJ pay is slightly more right now, but your splitting hairs with pay concerns it's so small between erj/crj. Well why the hourly rate is pretty much the same there is much more to consider:
1. MUCH better and more affordable health Insurance
2. 4% match plus 2% defined contribution, with your 4% thats 10%
3. Better work rules all around, especially considering ASA has none for reserve.
4. Multiple bases instead of 2.
5. Better vacation and trip productivity.
