there are lots of talks but I have been told then when it comes to compensation the figures have not been released. Only a few people know and supposedly its a drastic improvement. It is quite possible that the company is saying $30 and the pilot group is wanting $35. That could be the clear reason why nothing was agreed on when they met last on the issue of compensation. I am sure we will at least have industry average. I dont think anyone is really looking for FO pay to be the industry leading b/c most guys are here 2 years then they upgrade. CA pay isnt horrible (compared to FO pay) and there is talks that CA pay is getting a bump too. PNCL is a place where you can go and within 4 years go from 1000 hours as a flight instructor to 1000 hours jet PIC and look at majors. Nothing against air wisc but the time takes a bit longer- yet you are treated better in the process. I do hope that it goes to at least $35 for 2nd year, and am hoping for a little bump on first year by $5 at least (about $25ish)- thatll help me live just a little easier for the next 7 months... another thing thrown around is trip/duty rig... but I think there was already an agreement about that.
