I kinda just sat in the back and giggles when they said that. I guess for bidding, each company will have 2 year to use their own, but L-XJT has those 2 years to develop something that is as good, or better than PBS and prove it. If they don't then they go to PBS and they are stuck with it for the duration of the new contract, and the following contract.
