I have a buddy who is a business analyst that travels from Florida to Chicago weekly on Spirit. He says he complains about flying Spirit every time he pulls up to the airport and checks in to board his flight(just like everybody else in that Spirit line. He also says the sad part is that he, along with everyone else, packs that airplane to the gills with not a seat left in sight.
His point is paxs would b?tch about a free filet mignon served in flight if it wasn't cooked perfectly. Numbers and money never lie. Spirit genuinely knows what the customer needs (not what they say they want). Virgin wouldn't know their #ss from a hole in the ground when it came to actually turning a nickel profit.
BTW, I don't work for Spirit either, but would very much like to!
