I have faith the union can get this contract done soon with very modest pay increases while retaining our QOL.
What's wrong with you? SkyWest just bought 200-400 airplanes, and flat out told us we "may" get some of them "if we become more cost competitive". That's not playing ball, that's taking pay cuts. They don't care about ball, they care about money. Period.
And what "history" do you speak of? Your 5 years at this company?
