If airlines are complaining about it is self inflicted, first HR and the clown of those department trying to figure out how faa/airline/ pilot deal works, secondly, some don't understand terms, example, checkride failures, incidents, accidents and any other. What bugs also is how some pulits feed HR with bad info so they look good to them, standard that not even can hold themselves, lastly,us, pilots is a shame how some make fun of others situation or compared,,,,guys ,,,everyone's story is different, I m still hope for a brighter future, still holding on to my dream job and quality of life , I do wish reality is spoke out instead of what this academies and colleges state,on their web sites and articles......and.......stay thirsty my friends
