I included it and have been at Fedex for 8 years. Fedex includes it in my totals when we have 3 and 4 person crews. Besides, if all you have is military, just hand them the latest printout from your unit with all your time and you won't have a problem with log books and if they ask why what you put in was higher, just answer that you used the converter. As long as it's close and you obviously have more than the minimum, don't sweat it.
