For my class, 190 was the best way to go.

First year pay is the same but the bus guys sat reserve all year while the 190 guys held a line after 2-3 months. Year one the 190 guys were around 15k ahead depending on their credit.

Second year pay the bus guys make 10% more than the 190 guys but are still on reserve while the 190 guys bid ~50-60% in base. Year two the 190 guys are again ~15k ahead (or more).

Total difference of around 30k over two years as well as schedule flexibility. I still couldnt hold a line in the 320. when you can hold a line in the 320 and start to gain a little seniority then it is the way to go.
