It's a small ceremony, nothing on the nose, and somewhat gaudy. Just a band, fireworks, F18 fly by, then BH Places the CRJ Ceremonial Sash over your shoulder and awards you the ASA Saber, which will distinguish you above all other pilots (Even SKYW) and to be used only to spread the word about how wonderful PBS is.
