Great thanks for the information. It took a few days to get through the whole 600 pages like I said I don't recall anyone talking specifics on being out past 17 days. That cleared it up.

I had a page of questions to ask but by the time I was done with the whole thing that was the only question not answered.

To anyone wondering if reading the whole thing is worth the time I would say YES. Starting with 2010 and making your way to the present really gives you a good idea about the people and the company. Also give you so much information about the process you won't know what to do with it all. I now have notes for the whole hiring process from start to end can't beat information like that.
