May as well say this:
"If you are a
B737 Pilot who does a straight pickup of any trip in any base between Memorial Day and Labor Day, that pickup will be treated as a 'Voluntary Junior Manning' (VJM) event and you will be paid 200% of your normal hourly rate."
It's what they'll be doing anyway. They put out a dozen of these messages last year that basically covered the entire summer.
