FS enacts longevity contract for instructors
New corporate policy requires instructors to sign a two year longevity agreement in exchange for the type rating. Being tort law the individual state's laws will come into play (since FS has multiple locations); however, in a certain big oil right to work state there's case law upholding this type of agreement. To me, two years is a little much. Not everyone has a take the type and run attitude. Thoughts?
