Who knows what competitive hours would look like to get hired by Skywest in about 4-5 months?

Here is my situation. I am currently instructing my life away in PHX, I have 1200TT and 70 Multi. Just about to meet the mins. I would like to apply to Skywest as soon as I am eligible.

I am wondering what the pool looks like and what the difference is (in terms of hours) between eligible and competitive?
