Explanation just for you - When you were taught and MENTORED by a "scab" it is very possible you will have tendencies to have the "scab mentality". When people use the term "scab mentality" they are telling you to keep it in check or one day given the chance you'll become a full-blown SCAB. You don't need to be offended - they are trying to help you.
So Staller ... Are you a scab if you try to take another pilot's job? And what do you call a group of pilots who give another group of pilots jobs before an open solicitation?
