It is PIC sole-man. Which is fantastic. And what makes the decision so very difficult for me. However there are equal pro's and con's to either path. It's complicated for me. The contract is quite expensive as it was for a Flight Safety initial/135.293 a and b with a .97 check. Also includes the 6 month .97. So if I bought out even at t minus 5 months all of my Skywest savings for the first year expenses would be blown. There are other complications as well some good and some bad.
