Good job keeping everyone in the loop. I'm still fuzzy on her statement that this rule change will not apply to those who have attained 60 before the rule takes effect. Does that mean the the over 60/under 65 crowd plumbing on the 10 (and the masochists doing the same on the 727) will be frozen out of returning to the left seat. As stated, it would seem to give the company the legal ability to keep them in their seat and avoid paying passover pay. I'm sure some of the "Pilot Lounge Lawyers" will see it differently, but the final wording will be interesting. The devil is in the details.
