This is great stuff. So now we will all know better than to follow what is in the contract and pick up open time. Don't want too much time for the month, and we certainly don't want to appear "scab like." You sure hate seeing our customers not get to where they need to go, but hey we have to do what we have to do. Why don't you write Jeff and ask what he's doing to compete with Delta. Don't try to carry the load for Jeff when he already has you overloaded. The thing you speak are management functions and the pilot stuff is BS in comparison.
