You are right. I think the answer is for UAL to have far more pilots per aircraft than DAL does to run the airline. That way, we can all relax and do min. guarantee each month. Does it really matter if you are out of whack with the competition in this business?
I didn't imply any of that but since it's important for you to try to do the job of upper management - have at it! I'm sure Jeff calls and asks your advice daily. Next time you talk to Jeff - tell him we've been out classed and managed by Delta.
