Jetjok,

Even though the "over 60 F/E's are a small percentage" in the overall industry, allowing them to return to a front seat would create havoc throughout the FedEx senority system bumping guys/gals back........

Like I mentioned before, I believe this over 60 push is an attack on our seniority system.
