Heck no. I'm only on 3rd year pay and I think I make more than their Capts and I don't have to live in the UAE. I am just doing some research for a friend who isn't on this website. Just trying to get an honest answer as to what they base guarantee pay is and all I am getting is....."but they get kids tuition, limos to work, housing, blah blah blah". I heard the pay section of this website is inaccurate in regards to Emirates so I was trying to find someone who could chime in as to what the actual pay scale is for Capts without taking into the other benefits.
