What's the update on Silver in regards to FOs who won't have 1,500 hrs by August? Do they have an option to take an unpaid leave and fly around in Cessna 152s to get up to 1500? I'd imagine some are very close (1300-1400) and just need a little more time.

Or are they getting fired?
