Why don't you pick up the phone and or meet JH (or any member of the ISL team) and actually talk to them, one on one, about what really happened during the process, instead of jumping on the crew room/internet info bandwagon? It will probably be a good experience for you. It was for me. Lots of info, you will see why they did what they did vs having Shy tell you why they did it You do realize that doing it their way saved the seniority of the majority of the 9e group, especially mid level guys, vs the XJ or 9L way? It did not just help the senior as some of you so hope to believe. They knew lots of info you didn't.
