Our "OT" is kind of convoluted... but basically you get a straight 2 hours for the 1st day of work on an "OFF" day, 4 hours, for the 2nd day, 6 hours for the 3rd, and 12 hours for the 4th and subsequent days... On top of that you also get your block time or your CRT (Credited Rig Time) which is roughly 5 hours, whichever is more. There are a few other things like deadhead time that can be thrown in there as well but you get the jist. If you get a two day trip that consists of two 9 hour legs you're gonna end up with 9+9+2+4....so 24 hours of pay in that instance....
I havent been held out since last june/july 2012. Also a certian person in charge in New York says he will never pay the 4th day of 12 hrs. I can attest to that. His qoute to me was "you cant volenteer to be involentary held out" I didnt volenteer, I was told I have to go. I was also on probation. It wont happen again I assure you.
