His qoute to me was "you cant volenteer to be involentary held out" I didnt volenteer, I was told I have to go. I was also on probation. It wont happen again I assure you.
This is the only thing that the JND is good for, IMO. When I get extended I send a polite message that I see the extension, of course I will do it IAW the CBA, but I want to be on record that I did not volunteer. Instant paper trail.
Though lately guys seem to be having the opposite problem; being sent home early. I never thought that I would see that day!
