Skywest job fairs are basically interviews. If they have the time at the job fair and you meet the minimums they'll do a full interview there. When I went I had the time minimums but I didn't have my ATP written complete. They did the HR interview in the job fair and told me to call them as soon as I got the written complete. I called while I was driving home after doing my written and they set up the interview in SLC for just a few days later.

If you don't have ATP minimums (and aren't close to having them) they're probably not going to interview you. If the job fair is in your city or easy to get to it might be worth going to talk to some people on the interview team. If you have to travel to get there it might be a waste of your time.
