If you don't have ATP minimums (and aren't close to having them) they're probably not going to interview you. If the job fair is in your city or easy to get to it might be worth going to talk to some people on the interview team. If you have to travel to get there it might be a waste of your time.
Very cool! You said the entire interview has been done at a job fair? Doesn't Skywest have a sim portion in their interview?

There's an Aero Crew fair in ATL in about 3 months. I'm about an hour away and should have about 1000TT, with all other ATP requirements met. I'm flying about 90-100hrs a month so who knows what could happen. I do need to get that written taken care of.
