How difficult is Skywest interview compared to other regionals? I ask from reading past gouges and it seems like they cover lots of things such as: CRM, Sim, ATP style Written, technical eval, etc etc.

None of the gouges are 100% accurate because they like throwing out their own systems and HR questions. They don't want pilots to rote memorize the gouge. Everyone who interviewed me was a current line captain. All of them were trying to see whether they could stand to fly a 4 day trip with me or not.
The sim and CRM gouges are pretty on because they have to follow a profile for those. The systems and HR interviews can go almost any direction. Just prepare and be yourself.
