What was the acceptance rate in your group when interviewed?
Acceptance rate varies, anywhere from all to none. They have been, IMO, less selective during rapid growth periods (now is not one of those).

But if they interview you they would like to hire you. A 1500-hour CFI will have to shine in all respects, probably more so than someone with thousands of 135/121 hours. But the CFI should already have all the knowledge covered, they are just going to ask him about the stuff he's teaching on a daily basis. 121 types should prepare for a PC, especially if they are currently on the CRJ.

If they ask strange questions they're (probably) trying to see how you'll react...I had a buddy who I had arranged an interview for (all-around good guy actually, and nice guy too) who somehow got sideways and ****ed off by the interviewer, and he didn't get hired. I could have gotten him a re-attack but he was so PO-ed that he didn't want anything to do with SKW. Don't get mad, but at the same time don't just roll over for anything and everything...they don't want weak sisters either.
