I am not an expert either, but I believe that they would be able to view all that is on the device when you log in to get updates to jepps and manuals, which we will be required to do prior to each flt. Not sure if deleteing history, etc is effective against this. Maybe a real geek could answer, but I am sure that anything that is left on the device would be retrievable/viewable.
