FWIW, I spoke with the CP and 9E SSP candidates will NOT be required to have a BA and any previous 9E pilots who previously interviewed but didn't get the thumbs up: you WILL be able to participate in the SSP, so brush up on whatever held you back the first time....you're about to get a mulligan
