And even if you had that, you'd also have to have a 100% interview rate. And even then it would have to be 100% in seniority order. ALPA is currently pushing to allow FO's to keep doing what they do (walk arounds in the rain, taking the fat one, etc) with a 2nd class medical, but ALPA is not pushing to allow Captain's to fly with 2nd class medicals. Is that discriminatory?
