Like the outcome or not, that MEC did exactly what had to be done to save 2,500 pilot jobs. They did a great job. Chastise me for that one, but it is true.
The PILOTS at 9E/XJ/9L saved 5,000 jobs. From flight attendants to mechanics, to janitors. Those families are all better off because of the pilots of this Corporation.
And you can check my record, I did vote NO because I thought too much was conceded, but we saved jobs.
Funny how everbody says they voted no, but 85% voted yes. I bet I've met every single person of that 15% that voted no by now.
I did get the honor of meeting one of your fellow pilots that said he voted yes because he didn't take a pay cut because he doesn't use company medical benefits because he's a vet.
I bet those mainline guys will have a ball flying with him.
