I don't believe you. I heard a chief pilot say the exact opposite. A Pinnacle pilot has to meet every standard was his wording or something along those lines. It is black and white. A degree is required here. I wouldn't be surprised to see them interview and be told to come back when they have met the requirements.
Same here. Sat down with a few of them recently including the dude from the safety video and they see hiring in the future but not this year. As far as hiring standards it's anyone's game according to them. Although, they feel as if they will have an upper hand in hiring who they want (IP's, CP's, Military) they know it's good to mix it up. A lot.
