As someone who has flown with many of them, the interview is very needed.
Many there are great, but there are some absolute crazies. It behooves the brand greatly to screen them and weed out the ones that shouldn't have been flying DL pax in the first place.
I dont disagree with that. I just have a feeling that the paradigm of a 4 year degree is on its way out. Just another way to flush the punchbowl.
