I think the best way to tell airline management the pay and benefits are too low is to not work at that company. The problem is you are easily replaced by pilots who compromise so they may fly that shiny jet in the sky. The allure of travel and wearing a pilots uniform and making PA's to the pax in their best airline voice is too much. Any pilot who remains at a company that doesn't compensate them the way they think they deserve needs to resign or stay quiet. If you choose to stay that is implied consent and you should do your job 100%, any thing less and your integrity is in question.
